Help with ADBA Paperwork

So Sway and Lugz are UKC registered but for the weight pull club I need to get them ADBA registered. I am guessing I do it a Single Registration.
I have the application but I have some questions.
Do the photos need to be actual photos or can they be printed photos like from the computer?
Do I need to have seller signatures if I am doing single dog registry?
Also it says to send copy of registration certificate which shows my ownership. Is that the thing that's printed on the back of the four generatio pedigree from the UKC?

I don't know about the photos, but I don't think I got the seller's signature when I was single registering Loki with the ADBA. As far as the registration certificate, they want to see the page that has your dog's registration number and parents on it. I don't remember if they need a copy of the pedigree, too, or not. (I remember filling all that out by hand.)
